Ceramic & Rattan Coaster
A collaboration between our pottery and the rattan artisans of North Vietnam, these unique ceramic & rattan coasters make any table shine!
Each piece is completely unique, the discs are hand painted in the pottery in Dakai, outside HCMC and then sent up to the Rattan area of Vietnam for them to add their talent.....and a lovely coaster is born!

Products are hand painted and made using jiggering and moulding techniques based on the essence of the authentic clay from Laitieu.
The Rattan is added in a craft Village in North Vietnam, sourced for it's skillful artisans and sustianability.
Storage & Care
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Tuhu is a female founded handcrafted ceramics brand. Their goal is to infuse the beautiful traditional Laitieu's stoneware with a contemporary spirit for the modern home.
The Indigo Blue that runs through the collection was inspired by the famous Southern Vietnam ceramics of Lai Lhieu and Song Be.
Tuhu owns an independent pottery and works parallel with local family factories and young local artists. They are supported to have better lives and a new perspective about Vietnam’s ceramic industry.
