We attempt to get your order out to you within 48 hours of you ordering on our site.
If you need to have your item quicker, we can arrange express delivery (at an extra cost).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your East Holly West purchase but also understand that you might want to return an item for whatever reason. That's absoutely fine. What we ask is that you email us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) and send back the item in it's orginial packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs of return shipments and we highly recommend using a tracking service as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. It's advisable to retain proof of postage and a tracking number.
