Ceramic Tall Jug
This unique irregular shape tall ceramic narrow jug is used as a sake bottle in Vietnam, but could be used as lovely jug or even to put blooms in!
It has the signature glossy glaze inside, rough finish outside and comes in six different colours.
About Amai Ceramics
Amai's signature shape is achieved using slip casting techniques performed by local craftsmen in Northern Vietnam. All products are individually poured and finished by hand using high quality kaolin clay and kilned in high temperature which gives amaï ceramics its thin yet robust body.
Amai ceramics are aspired to keep their earth's soul and present the modest yet precious value of the gift from Mother Nature. Only the food serving surface of the amaï product is glazed and left the outer skin as it is.
The wonderful diverse colour palette and unglazed exterior are features that make Amai's ceramics so special.
Product Care
While our ceramics can be used to serve hot and cold food - beverages, we do not recommend using them in the oven or the freezer.
amaï products are both dishwasher and microwave safe except the Indochine collection with 14k gold rim.
